About Us
We were never meant to be an agency
In 2014, we were just an Instagram page called Coffee ’n Clothes —fashion, coffee, and a shared sense that people wanted more than just content. The posts became meetups, the meetups became pop-ups, and the pop-ups turned into something harder to define: spaces people felt something in. We realized then that when you put people first and design accordingly, brands can create lasting, emotional experiences.
CNC was born from that idea. We don’t separate the physical from the digital, the strategy from the execution, or the idea from the logistics. People don’t experience life in silos, so we don’t build that way either. From creative to production, CNC is fully end-to-end and fully obsessed with how real people feel and engage in the real world.
Putting people first also means our internal culture is a little unconventional. Our team works across time zones and cities, wherever they do their best thinking. We prioritize trust and autonomy, and it shows in the quality of our work. Sure, we do the dinners and offsites, but just as important is the freedom to log off early, the space to create, and the sense of shared ownership.
At our core, CNC is about making work that matters. Not just for the sake of the work, but for what it moves people toward. We put people first. We design accordingly. And the rest flows from there.
2014
Born on Instagram
What started as an Instagram hashtag back in 20214, quickly became a cultural moment. Coffee ’n Clothes went viral by blending fashion, lifestyle, and caffeine into one scroll-stopping feed.
2017
Launch of Designer Lattes
We took it offline. With the launch of Designer Lattes, we began hosting IRL experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands, sparking a new era of experiential and paving the way for where food, beverage, and fashion could collide.
2019
Coffee ‘n Clothes Cafe
We opened the Coffee ’n Clothes Café in NYC. It was a physical extension of the brand and community we built online, merging retail, content, and culture.
We also built the world’s first virtual reality café as a digital counterpart, expanding how people could interact with the brand beyond the physical space.
2020
Experiences in motion
We evolved from cafés to full-scale brand activations. From rolling out a Bumble truck to curating outdoor experiences, we proved the concept had legs far beyond lattes.

2023
The Birth Of CNC Agency
We produced our first major events without coffee, partnering with brands like Dolce & Gabbana to craft immersive, culturally relevant moments. This was the start of CNC as a true creative production company.
2024
Expanding The Ecosystem
We expanded CNC into new verticals: Communications & PR, Merch, Live, and our Innovation Lab. Each one built to push creative boundaries and deliver end-to-end storytelling.
