Downy introduced Rinse & Refresh to New York with a two day US Open inspired takeover in Flatiron Plaza, where CNC built an outdoor environment featuring custom embroidery, product science demos, personalized sweat towels, and a live “Sweat & Serve” challenge that let guests test their serve speed against Venus Williams’ 129 MPH record. The experience merged sport, utility, and culture at street level, giving consumers a direct way to engage with the product while driving major press visibility across national outlets.
